Do you offer any additional products that are not listed on your website?

Yes...thank you for asking!  Feel free to Contact us to setup an appointment to see our products in person.  Or, tell us what you are looking for and we can match up the perfect gift!

Where do I find my pickup order?
We leave completed orders for pickup on Red Door's front porch table.  If you would prefer to pickup from us directly, please add that note in the additional information section of your order.  We would be happy to setup an appointment for pickup.

What if I need my order faster than the usual turnaround time of 7-10 days?

Please Contact us!  We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.  We are last minute sometimes ourselves!

When will my order ship?
Every effort will be made to ship your items as soon as possible after your order is placed, usually within 7-10 days.  No item is ever guaranteed a certain delivery date.  As items at are made to order, time is required to customize the item and depending on order volume or quantity ordered, as well as stock levels, your shipment may be delayed.  If you need your item by a certain date, please feel free to put that information in the order comments section.  We will be more than happy to accommodate if possible.  

Can I pick up my order locally instead of paying shipping?
Yes!  Orders can be picked up.  Please select local pickup at check out.

Will I be charged sales tax?
If you live in the state of Georgia 7% sales tax will apply to your purchase.

Can I cancel my order?
Due to the nature of customization we are not accepting any refunds. If it has something to do with the quality or a mistake on our end, please Contact us as soon as possible. 

Can I return an item?
Custom and personalized items may not be returned.  Please be very sure that your details are correct before submitting your order. Check your monogram letters, spelling on names and text, color choices, sizes, etc., before submitting your order.

What if I make a mistake on my order?
Contact us immediately if you discover you made a mistake on your order. We may be able to correct it before the item is processed.  We do not accept returns due to customers' mistakes. This is why we stress checking your details before submitting your order. 

What if Red Door makes a mistake?
We don't make mistakes.... kidding! We are human. If you receive a defective product or the wrong product, wrong letters, wrong color, etc., we will gladly replace the item. Take a picture of the item showing the problem and email it to us with your name, order number and details to

Where do we ship?
We ship only within the continental United States at this time.

Where is the store?
You have arrived! Red Door is an online store and a home-based family business located in Cumming, Georgia.  However, we take appointments for local customers and special orders.

What happens if my Red Door order is damaged during shipping?
If your order is damaged during shipping, please Contact us as soon as you receive your package or within 14 days of receipt, and we'll be happy to provide you with a replacement product for free. Unfortunately, no replacement claims can be processed after 14 days of receipt.
